This popular package includes a two-hour dogsled ride and a three-hour snowshoeing excursion with our coureur de bois.

This tour travels about 20 kilometers of groomed trails over an immense back-country territory of mountains and valleys. You will no doubt be impressed by the breathtaking vistas.

At midday, as custom has it with the coureurs de bois, we share a meal in the forest.

During the coureur de bois portion of the tour you are accompanied by a naturalist guide with whom you explore a lush forest and learn all about its wildlife. The guide teaches you to call a beaver, to recognise animal tracks, to identify indigenous plants and much more. You also get to learn a few trapping and survival fishing techniques.

A camera is a must since there are plenty of opportunities for photography all along the trails. You will never forget this larger than life sporting experience.
